Calina Joseph Maynard Crowley, Louisiana

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 4, 2012 at St. Joseph Baptist Church in Crowley, LA, for Calina Joseph Maynard, 73, who entered eternal rest, Monday, July 30, 2012 at Summerwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Crowley, LA.

Interment will be in West Crowley Cemetery in Crowley, LA. Rev. Calvin J. Moore will officiate at the services.

She leaves to cherish her memories and continue her legacy, her husband & friend, Willie Maynard Jr.; two daughters; Carolyn Maynard-Hayes (Nolton, II.) and Diedra M. Maynard; a daughter-in-law, Phyllis M. Tezeno; 5 grandchildren, Stephan Allen Sr., Natalia Hayes, Mia Guillory, Noah Hayes and Amber Maynard; 2 great grandchildren, Sa’Nhyga and Stephan Allen Jr.; three sisters; Dorothy Burnette (Pastor Donald, Sr.), JoAnn Henny (Charles, Sr.) and Virley Garrick (Gerald,Sr.) all of Crowley, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. Her love shall forever reign within us! Calina was preceded in death by her parents; Rogers Joseph Sr. & Louella Minix Joseph; her son, Gregory L. Maynard; a sister, Stella Mae Joseph Sparks and five brothers, Elmo Joseph Sr., Donald Joseph Sr., Calvin Joseph Sr., Robert Joseph, and Rogers Joseph Jr.

Visiting hours will be observed from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 4, 2012 at St. Joseph Baptist Church in Crowley, LA.
