Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 11, 2012 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mallet, LA, for Simon Guillory, 52, who entered eternal rest, Sunday, August 5, 2012 at Opelousas General Health System in Opelousas, LA.

Interment will be in St. Ann Catholic Cemetery in Mallet, LA. Father Justin will officiate at the Mass of Christian burial.

Mr. Guillory is survived by his wife, Rhonda G. Guillory of Swords, LA; two sons, Anthony J. Guillory (Jamie) of Midway Park, N. Carolina and Jean Luke Guillory of Swords, LA; a daughter, Alesha A. Guillory of Swords, LA; four brothers, Emery Guillory of Chataignier, LA, Lawrence Guillory (Tonya) of Lake Charles, LA, Davis Guillory (Jacqueline) of Lawtell, LA and Gerald Guillory (Commellia) of Eunice, LA; four sisters, Charlene Papillion (Bertman) of Swords, LA, Genevieve Lavergne (James) of Chataignier, LA, Judy Guillory (Thaddeus) of Chataignier, LA and Isabelle Guillory of Chataignier, LA; a grandchild, Nathaniel Jacob Guillory; not to be forgotten are the loving memories shared by a host of other family members, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mr. Guillory was preceded in death by his parents, Marie “Felicia” Gallow Guillory & Lester Guillory, Sr.; three brothers, Richard Guillory, Lester Guillory, Jr. and John Willis Guillory, Sr.

Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. Saturday, August 11, 2012 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Mallet, LA. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 A.M.
