Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 13, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Plaisance, LA, for Mary Margaret Ledet, 63, who entered eternal rest, Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at her residence, in Plaisance, LA.

Interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Plaisance, LA. Father Jude Obiechina, S.V.D. will officiate at the Mass of Christian burial.

Mrs. Ledet is survived by her mother, Veronica Jones of Lake Charles, LA; four daughters, Sheryl Babineaux of Lafayette, LA, Marilyn LeDee (Roussell), Pamela Ledet both of Plaisance, LA and Suzanna Ledet of Opelousas, LA; a granddaughter, Ashley Babineaux of Lafayette, LA; three brothers, a sister and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Ledet was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert James Ledet; a son, Johanne Wayne Ledet; her father, Clarence Jones and a son-in-law, Micheal Babineaux.

Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. Monday, August 13, 2012 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Plaisance, LA.
