For details see (Faith Gatherings): https://opensafely.la.gov/PublicLinks.aspx Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Opelousas, LA, for Mrs. Ella Marie Gabriel, 60, who entered eternal rest, Saturday, June 13, 2020 at her residence in Opelousas, LA. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Park with Military Honors. Mrs. Gabriel is survived by her husband, Harry Gabriel of Opelousas, LA; her father, Walter Major of Opelousas, LA; two brothers, Xavier Major, Sr. and Nathan Barnaba (Jackie) both of Carencro, LA; an aunt, Shirley Major of Leonville, LA; an uncle, Joseph Major of Port Barre, LA; three brothers-in-law, Larry Gabriel (Jude), Pernell Gabriel and Craig Gabriel; two Godsons, Malik R.T. Dabney and Eries Jones; a Goddaughter, Af-rica Brown (Anthony) and a host of extended family members and friends. Mrs. Gabriel was preceded in death by her mother, Rita E. Major; a sister, Rita Mae M. Collins; paternal grandparents, Gustave & Amanda Major; maternal grandparents, Peter Esprit & Angelina Charles Esprit; a niece, Pamela J. Collins; two nephews, David Major and Jamaican Major. Visiting hours will be observed from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday, June 19, 2020 and 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Williams Funeral Home.
