LEONVILLE-Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11 A.M. in St. Leo the Great Catholic Church in 126 Church Rd, Leonville, LA 70551 for Mr. Eugene Ovel Lazard, 64, who entered eternal life on Monday, November 20, 2017 in his residence. Interment will take place in Serenity Memorial Park. Pastor Ken Domingue will officiate the Mass of Christian Burial. Eugene was preceded in death by his parents Octave (Meyo) and Rose Jones Lazard, two brothers Rodney, Sr. and Goldman Lazard, three sisters, Eva Mae Roberts, Selina Thomas and Mary Jane Lazard, nephew Rodney Lazard, Jr., one niece De'Qwaia Donte' Lazard and one great-niece Blaire Celine Minix, maternal and paternal Grandparents Amos, Sr. and Argentine Jones, Frank and Mary Lazard, as well as, his mother-in-law Rita Papillion, one sister-in-law Joyce Papillion, brother-in-law Williams Brown, Jr..
