Mr. Leroy Bellard, Sr. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Christian Life Center in Opelousas, LA, for Mr. Leroy Bellard, Sr., 73, who entered eternal rest, Thursday, April 14, 2022 at his residence in Opelousas, LA. Interment will be in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery in Plaisance, LA. Rev. Bennie Reppond will officiate the services. Mr. Bellard is survived by his companion, Marie Rose of Opelousas, LA; two sons, Danny Lee Bellard (Emma) of Memphis, TN and Leroy Bellard, Jr. (Nikki) of Opelousas, LA; a daughter, Chrisanna Bellard of Opelousas, LA; three brothers, Alvin Bellard (Leola), Larris Bellard (Delores) both of Lawtell, LA and Roy Bellard (Lisa) of Breaux Bridge, LA; four sisters, Nelloween Celestine (Freeman) of Point Blue, LA, Carrie Johnson (Horace) of Ville Platte, LA, Joanna Joubert (Donald) of Plaisance, LA and Angela Johnson (Harry) of Scott, LA; six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mr. Bellard was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Bellard & Irene Anderson Bellard; a daughter, Diane Bellard; two siblings, Allen Bellard, Sr. and Judy Bellard. Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 10:45 AM Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Christian Life Center.
