Mrs. Mary Rubin Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church in Opelousas, LA for Mrs. Mary “Boo” Robert Rubin, 86, who entered eternal rest, Saturday January 9, 2021 at Opelousas General Health System. Interment will be in Serenity Memorial Park. Mrs. Rubin is survived by two sons, Fannel Rubin, Jr. (Elaine) and Anthony Rubin of Opelousas, LA; two daughters, Patricia Rubin Davis and Paula Rubin of Opelousas, LA; one sister, Deborah Robert Batiste (Theron, Sr.) of Opelousas, LA; 7 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Mrs. Rubin was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert Robert, Sr. and Nancy Thomas Robert; her husband, Fannel Rubin,Sr; two daughters, Beverly Rubin and Mary Rose Rubin; one sister, Katie Ann Robert; and four brothers, Gilbert Robert, Jr., Dallas Robert, Sr., Charles Robert, and Grant Robert. Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Williams Funeral Home.
