Mr. Recard is survived by his mother, Marie Ward; a brother, Kevin Recard; two sisters, Tammy Recard and Monica Recard and a host of extended family members and friends. Mr. Recard was preceded in death by his father, Leon Recard; paternal grandparents, Louis & Hester Recard; maternal grandparents, John & Josephine Chenevert; two brothers, Lloyd Joseph and Elvis Jimmerson.
